At St. Augustine's Anglican you can expect to meet a friendly, open community of believers who are genuinely interested in you. Come as you are. We welcome you. 

Anglican church services are divided into two parts: the Word and the Table. The first half of the service focuses on reading the Word, or select Bible verses, and listening to a sermon based on one or more of the scripture passages. This part concludes with communal confession of our faith, prayer, confession of our sin and greeting one another with God's peace. 

The second half of the service is centered around celebrating Holy Communion. During that time we pray and remember our Lord's great sacrifice. Then we thankfully partake in the mystery of Holy Communion. All baptized Christians are welcome to join us at God's holy table.

Our services are liturgical which means the congregation actively participates through spoken responses, prayers and song. We use the ACNA (2019) Book of Common Prayer in our service, but all text and responses are on overhead screens.  If you're not used to a liturgical service, this might be a new experience. But we encourage you to check it out. You will find a joyful, prayerful celebration of God's love and grace.  Come worship with us!
